Welcome
to the Loudoun Communications repairs page! Do you need your radio repaired at a
reasonable cost? Have you been told that your radio is no longer supported, or
that there is a (high) flat-rate repair fee? We can help! We support many older
radios no longer supported by the manufacturer (as well as the current models),
and we can accomplish the repair at a reasonable cost.
Sending
in Repairs:
There
are three methods you can use for sending in repairs. If you are within a
reasonable distance of our shop, we will normally pick up the radio from you at
no additional charge. You may also come by yourself and drop off your
radio if you so wish. However, the most common method used is to ship a
radio to us. If you want to send in your radio for repair, either give us

- We repair to component level.
This is usually less expensive than the "flat rate" repairs
advertised by other shops and manufacturers.
- Repairs are actually accomplished in our shop: we
don't send our work out to the manufacturer. |

- Some manufacturers even send their own
equipment to us for a faster and more reliable repair! |

- Most of our repair charges are for 1
hour of labor (plus any parts/accessory cost).
- Less than 2% of our repairs return to be repaired
for the same problem (which means you can rely on our work). |

models of business/land mobile/public safety equipment.
- We provide engineering and design services for
industrial cabling and board manufacture. |

- We maintain an extensive stock of
repair parts and accessories, so waiting time for the repair is most often
days instead of the weeks our competition provides.
- We track each piece of equipment sent in to us
through a custom database, providing you with secure piece of mind. |

service department of Loudoun Communications exists to support our
customers through quality component level service and repairs. Our
goal is to provide our customers with repaired equipment at the lowest
cost and in the quickest time possible. To accomplish this, we
