  • We repair to component level.  This is usually less expensive than the "flat rate" repairs advertised by other shops and manufacturers.

  • Repairs are actually accomplished in our shop: we don't send our work out to the manufacturer.

  • Most of our repair charges are for 1 hour of labor (plus any parts/accessory cost).

  • Our repairs are the most dependable, with less than 1% of our repairs return to be repaired for the same problem.

  • We maintain an extensive stock of repair parts and accessories, so waiting time for the repair is minimal.
